Purchased Realm Pack Missing Android Mobile

I purchased the Skyrim realm pack July 30th, 2017. I hadn't played the game in a while because I got a new phone, and when I logged back in, it was missing. I read that it could be because I wasn't logged into my Microsoft account when I purchased it, but I remember being logged in from the time I purchased it. Is there any way I can recover it? I attached proof that I don't have the pack and the Google play proof of purchase. Thank you!
