I paid for Minecraft’s realms but I can’t join my realm or any of the stuff that comes with it

I bought realms a few days ago on my iPhone and everything was fine and working great. I loved having those worlds at my disposal. Yesterday, I logged out of my account on my phone, with the realms in it and logged in using the account on my computer. This is when things started to mess up. I lost my realm privileges because I was using my computer account, but when I logged back using my original iPhone account, i didn’t have realms. It said my realm was open, but I couldn’t join, i had the world templates downloaded but I couldn’t join, it asked me to but realms again, even though I had bought it less than a week ago. I would like to get my money back, or fix my account.
