Realms taking money, not giving realm

I had purchased a 10 person realm 2 days ago. I have owned a realm before. But when I got to the screen that asks, "play solo" or "invite friends", I cannot choose to play solo, and when I click invite friends, it wont let me. Then I click "done, lets go" and it wont advance. I also tried to back out to the previous menu. The game was not frozen, I just couldnt do anything. I restarted my game, and there was no realm. I check my microsoft account and I was charged. I check my debit account, and I was charged. I spent a whole day talking to Microsoft. They refunded me, after reseting everything, and it still not working. I then tried to re-purchase the realm, and guess what... it did the exact same thing. I have now spent another whole day, trying to contact someone from Mojang to fix my issue. No one has responded, except an auto email.
