Replacing and Opening realm does not work

An error message appears when attempting to replace a realm and even opening it failed (once closed)... The because you can’t connect to it everything else fails.

This makes the realms service un-usable if you are a new subscriber (AKA me).

Please do fix this as soon as possible as it does not work at all.
