cant replace realm world

earlier today i was making a realm for my friends and i when i wanted to turn show coordinates on, so i downloaded the world, turned show coordinates on and whent to replave the world. when i did it it said nothing but there was an error. so i tried to make another realm and it didnt work. i ended up spending 30 dollors, and im 11 so that was half my bank acount. can you guys fix the bug or give me a refund
