I can't export my already created world to the realm

I already had a world created before, and I decided to create a realm (normal realm myself and 2 more players R $ 12.90 monthly) to play with my friends, however when I try to export my previous world to the realm close the upload page and come back to the beginning. I've tried all the ways, but I can't!
