Was charged for Realms, but Minecraft states my realm is still expired

I re-upped my subscription through the windows 10 store, it states I have 12 days of my realm left when I get to the re-up screen on minecraft but my realm server states that it's expired. Not sure what to do, I don't have access to any of the realms plus information. Have downloaded a copy of my map in case a refund and restart must be done.
