Invalid session - please try restarting minecraft

Can't enter my friend's realm cause' as soon as I click on the realm button this pops up on my screen.

I'll link the log in case if needed.

Edit: I have already tried rebooting my computer/ deleting everything related to minecraft / uninstalling minecraft launcher and installing it again. None of this worked.
