When joining a specific realm, I am stuck at "Building Terrain" loading screen.

After i disconnected from the realm to eat, I came back top rejoin the realm only to find out that I am unable to join the realm being stuck at the loading screen with the text "Building Terrain". The people in the realm see me on the player list and when i close the window for Minecraft it says I leave the realm.
