FPS dropping when loading chunks

Starting from the nether update the fps in realms will drop when you load a chunk, if you are running then it will drop every 3-4 seconds which is very annoying. It does not happen in single player though

P/S: Im not 100% sure if it's chunk issue but it isnt lag that much when standing still or just hanging around a small area so I think it is
