I can't do anything with my realm

I bought Bedrock Realms Plus in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, the first month was great and now my friends want to play on my realm, so what I did is replacing the world. And now I can't even join idk why, and thats not all I can't close it anymore, replace it, reset it, download it, or exporting a backup. pls help
