My realm expired before the due date

Hi. I have a problem with "Minecraft Realms" that happened yesterday. My Realm expired before the scheduled date which should be 4/8. In the attached images you can see the real expiration date of the Realm and the date when i paid the monthly subscription. Also the Realm that cannot be accessed.

I would appreciate if you provide me with a solution to the problem, since I have paid for the realm and it is not working as it should.
