Server Maintenance Reverts Realms(Bedrock)

Server maintenance announcement has occurred twice in the last 24hrs during playtime on my Bedrock realm (once around 5am, once around 6pm) and after each of them the realm was rolled back at least 45 minutes. Realms need to be reliable. The back ups cannot save this as the progress lost wasn't backed up.
