realm not connecting

What I expected to happen was...:

What actually happened was...:
Realm not connecting. me and my friends were playing and suddenly the game froze and we couldnt connect back to the realm. i need this issue fixed asap please.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. we were playing a survival gamemode normally.
2. i used to command "/give" to give my friend fireworks.
3. the game froze for everyone and we tried joining the realm but its stuck on loading screen for more than 10 minutes.
