Problems to play multiplayer

Since the 1.16 update I can't play with my friends in the Realm we created. I can get into the server, but once I’m in I can’t play or do anything. 

In the first 2 seconds my friends can see me move or break blocks, but after those 2 seconds I freeze to them, meanwhile in my screen I can move and break blocks. 

I have tried everything, log out of my Microsoft account, erase the game and reinstall it, and nothing works. 

Please help me, I really wanna play and no one is having the problem as me.
