Cross platform issues

I've found that ps4 players cannot join my realm, Mobile cannot join my realm even
with the realm code, tablets cannot join either. But I thought minecraft was now cross platform yet no matter what we do
those on ps4, mobile, or tablets cannot join but pc players can.

I play on xbox one x
