Cannot load worlds to my realm

I cannot load any worlds on my realms plus realm. I am so fed up with constant problems with Minecraft and no notification or response. I am on iOS MCPE. I bought a new realm because I thought the old one was faulty. It says an error has occurred and I have to restart the whole game to play AT ALL.

 

This issue might have been reported but I am reporting it anyway. I am already waiting for resolution on another issue regarding a purchase in the marketplace that I reported WEEKS AGO. It’s like wading through treacle.
