Unable to do anything with my realm for 3 days since renewing it

I decided to come back into MC after about 12 month with the new all in version. Got it, started a world with no problems, until my wife decided to join me, I made the choice to start a realm sub after I had a 14 day trail some months back. I paid £7 for 2 months.
3 days in, I can't reset it, log into it start it, change it, delete it... Nothing.
I need this fixing as essentially it's costing me money every day I can't do anything, paid for a service I am not able to utilise.
