Realms Plus extension is creating a new realm rather than extending current realm

I have a Bedrock realm (realms plus) that is expiring today. Yesterday I extended it twice via the Microsoft store and it created 2 new realms rather than extending our current one. I noticed another bug report regarding this exact same issue in June and they were redirected to billing. That does not make sense. This doesn't seem to be a billing issue. Please advise how I can extend our realm today!! 

I have attached a screenshot of my realms list (MILLERLAND is the realm I tried to renew - beneath that you can see the 2 new "my realms"). I have also attached a screenshot of my Microsoft order history where you can see that I was charged twice yesterday for 2 realms. 

Please don't send me to billing. I will deal with a refund once I get my realm extended.
