Connection error

For the last 2 weeks after joining the realms subscription and commencing a realm world. The connection gives me and my friends connection errors. So far it occurs every 3-4 days. It lasts for quite a few hours. 2 out of the 6 members have chosen not to join the realm and play due to the bugs and issues of connection. Our Internet is good and this is the only app that gives us error messages. "Unable to connect to world". This is discouraging my friends and I to play on the realm. If this keeps up I will have to cancel the monthly subscription, why pay to play something you cannot join and play?. Please can you fix this? Its not the game experience I was expecting.
