Unable to connect to Realm

When I try and close the Realm, it says it's unable to connect. There's also a resource pack activated that can't be deactivated called "Unknown Name" and underneath of it, it says "This pack is missing". I tried making a new world for my realm to play on but it doesn't let me replace the old one because of "Unknown Name" pack.
