Realm still shows as expired after paying for renewal.

My friend by the name "Yo Rains" has renewed his realm twice. The realm is still coming up with 'expired' we would like this issue fixed as this has stolen his money and so much players are wanting to play on his pvp realm. Thanks Hopefully you can get this fixed as soon as possible as it has been almost a week.
