I've paid the subscription, but the realm appears caducated.

The subscription renew automatically every 30 days, that happened in June, with 1.15 and had no problems. This is the first renew in 1.16. In the morning, I were unable to enter the realm, before paid. I waited to the account to pay automatically the subscription. After that, we were capable to log in and even played a few hours. I don't know what happened, but now it appears to be caducated no reason. Hope I can get a solution soon, refund or issue solved.
