My Realm is down

Although I suspect Microsoft is already aware of it, I´ll be reporting that today 07/08/2020 at 13:55 (12:55 New York EDT) I was unable to play my Minecraft Realm server. I would like, as soon as possible, to be informed if it´s a problem that is occurring only to me or if it´s a more wide spread problem.

PS: I also would like to know, which is the procedure to get the down time to be credit to my account. I´m asking for I´m interested to buy server time in the future, so whenever similar problems happens I don´t need to press you people for the resolution, given that I know that problems sometimes happens.
