Cannot Create or Join Realms

1. Start Minecraft Windows 10 Edition v 1.16.1
2. Click Play Button
3. Click Create New Button
4. Click Create New World Button
5. Click Create on Realms Button
6. Choose existing 10 person realms server BGCBF.GG
7. Click Confirm Button
8. "An error occured" 
9. Click OK Button
10. Back to "Game Settings" to create new world

I always get an error
