Realm Replace is Failing and Cannot Remove the Realm Resource Packs

I'm trying to Replace the Realm and it's failing. I keep getting "An error occurred" pop-up screen, and then the printed "...successful" on the screen, but I cannot access the Realm. When I try to enter the Realm it just hangs and then returns me to the log in screen. I've tried resetting the Realm as well, and I receive the message, "Failed to reset the realm. Try again later." I have tried removing the resource packs, and they are stuck. I can't change anything. I did download a backup on to my local worlds, and the backup is fine, and I can remove and add resource packs just fine. It's just the realm being buggy.

I have two Realms. One is working fine. The one mentioned above is not.
