I bought my Realm but i don´t have it

I bought my Realm on 23 of June, but, i dont have it, in my account of xbox i check my services and suscriptions and i can see in this section i have 2 Realms, i bought 2 realms but i dont have nothing of that, technically i have 2 subscriptions to Realm Plus but I dont have the realms and the subscriptions only mi account of xbox i see that, but, my minecraft i just have the posibility to create the realm, but, i can´t , I just see ¨Invite friends to the Realm¨ or ¨Play alone¨, but, when i check subscription and i press to create one, i press to invite friends or create alone, the realm does not creates, on June 23 at today
