Can not connect to realms from host or user

My subscription expired, I renewed my subscription and since then it will not let me into the realm since. I get "Unable to connect to world." I have tried from the host (1.16.1 Bedrock on Windows 10) and from a user (1.16.1 on iOS).

PLEASE HELP
