An error occurred when trying to replace world

It’s impossible to replace the world of my realm. I have tried using multiple worlds and multiple clients (iOS, Android, Win10) and none of them work. Downloading worlds works fine. Loading doesn’t work at all.  The only error message is “An error occurred”
