Java Realms are lagging a lot, like really much

My Minecraft realms (Name is ExcuteOrder66) is lagging a lot, and it's not my connection or any of my other players', but the realms itself is having a bad connection at the moment. I have a realms subscription since 2016 and it was always super fine and fast, but in the last 3 months I have saw it lagging a lot, something I've never ever seen, and my internet and ping are perfectly fine, around 30ms. It may no be a "bug" but it's a matter that needs to be solved, and if it does not I am going to cancel its subscription. (Attached screenshot shows my ping while the realm keeps lagging)
