Cant See Skins

I can log into minecraft realms with no issue but i cannot see my skin or other peoples skins while in the realm. however other people can see my skin and see eachothers skin.

unsure how to fix it and would appreciate the assistance.

**It is my realm, I am the one who purchased the subscription
