Unable To Upload A New World Onto Realms On Xbox One Bedrock or Android Bedrock

I have been unable to upload a world to my realm subscription. It is a few months old and therefor 1.15 nether. So the world was trimmed to get 1.16 chunks. Now i am unable to upload a world at all. Basically rendering the realm useless. It has no world on it currently and no way to put one on it. I am extremely disappointed and hope this is fixed soon or i will feel this one month should be refunded. It gives me successfully uploaded message but then will throw error message afterwards
