Minecraft Switch/Windows 10 Edition Realm Replace Error

When I purchased a new Minecraft realm with the intention of playing my existing world, I run into an Error has Occurred during the upload of my existing Minecraft world. I have purchased two realms in order to try to get this to work and neither work. 

I also have Minecraft on windows 10 and it is not able to replace worlds either, only download. 

Please urgently assist to fix this issue and if possible, please extend my subscriptions or refund the cost of the realms.
