Missing builds in one chunk

Hi. We downloaded the world from player A's realm, and uploaded it to player B's realm. Everything else is fine, but one chunk seems to have wiped up everything we have built. As shown in the attached screenshot.. There's supposed to be a huge item sorter, turtle house, wool farm and creeper farm. Instead, it's now just sand and a cut off portion of the turtle house. Any idea how to fix this? We are honestly very tired with the admin side of handling realms. Especially after that 4-5 days of being unable to play since realms was having issues for many players. (we were PAYING for that month's subscription) And then this issue which actually took  2 days since the first day we tried, the nether was completely not 'our nether'. Managed to fix that by moving some files. But we are stumped with this. Hope someone can help, thanks for reading  
Update: We reuploaded and everything seems to be fine. Still waiting for a response for compensation for realms being down the week before 1.16 was launched. (We weren't the only ones who experienced. Check all the comments on support twitter page)
