Realm won’t save

our team isn’t saving and has not properly saved since the update last week. I’m not sure if it’s because of the update itself or if it is because we reset our nether and re uploaded the realm. What can we do to fix our issue? Sometimes it saves but normally we lose 3-5 hours of progress a day.
