Chat Isn’t Working In Realms

For some reason, the chat in realms isn’t working. Nobody can see each other’s messages, or occasionally people can see the messages but nobody can see their replies. I’ve tried logging out, relaunching the game, and I’ve done some troubleshooting but can’t seem to resolve the issue.
