Whenever I go into my Minecraft Realms world, I play for a little bit, then the server would close and say "Connection Lost, Timed Out."

I will log into my Realms world, and will be able to play a little, but after 30 seconds my screen turns to minecraft dirt, and it says "Connection Lost, Timed Out," even though I was being very active. When I log in again, all the progress I did in those 30 seconds were lost, and I would spawn in the same spot as I did before those 30 seconds.
