Enabling doTileDrops in Realms will not stay set to True

Setting doTileDrops to true will not stay set to true. It will work for a few hours/minutes and then it will not work anymore and I have to set it back manually. It's very annoying especially when a creeper blows up a build and you have to get replacement blocks.

I don't understand if this is a bug or an issue with me disabling something, but I don't see a setting for Tile Drops in the world settings.

There are no commandblocks enabled, there are no other operators of the server, and there no datapacks installed. The only commands I have used are /scoreboard to add the sidebar, as shown in screenshot(s)
