Realm Reset Crashes

I own a Java realm and we have been having a lot of reset issues. There will e multiple players on and out of nowhere that realm will crash entirely and reset everybody's work back several hours. This started right after the update dropped and has continued to be a problem for us. Are there any solutions on our end we can do differently?
