Realm connection issues

Every time I try to play on any of my friends realms,(or any realms) in about 10-seconds to 5 minutes i always get kicked with the error, Internal Exception Java io.IOException forcibly closed by the remote host. The problem has been occurring since the new update. In game name is NiceNut.
