I started my realms trial on mobile and now me and my friend on xbox cant play

I just bought minecraft mobile and i started an new account and used my realms plus free trial and when I tried to join the realm on my xbox my game would crash after a long loading screen(about 5 minutes) so I asked two of my friends to join the realm one of them was on windows 10 and the other on xbox the windows 10 player joined the realm fine howerver the xbox player had the same issue I had and his game just crashed. So in conclusion mobile players and windows 10 players can join my realm but xbox players cannot
