Cannot Purchase/Upgrade Worlds to Realms

Hello! For the past three days since update 1.16 I have been unable to purchase a new Realm or upgrade a world into a Realm Plus. I have checked and double checked all marketplace information and credit card items have been updated. I have also checked both the 2 person and 10 person options, with the only difference being that there is not a charge present for the per month buttons. Help would be appreciated!
