Random mobs are spawning out of thin air

So basically Me and my friend were on a realms together when a bunch of Pillagers spawned (like maybe 200) and we somehow killed most of them and then a bunch of phantoms also spawned and we restored the realm but it kept happening 

 

I don't know how to replicate the bug sorry
