Minecraft realm it's not loading settings in

I have tried this at least two times today. my Minecraft realm doesn't load any of my settings. I've made a new world with coordinates on. when I load into the realm my coordinates are not on. so I just wasted $8. I then reset the world but I wasn't able to reset the settings. so I decided to buy another realm instead. I was having the same problem with the new realm
