Mobs and Villagers despawning

After realms update to 1.16 version, villagers and mobs are randomly despawning. It happened with villagers from older version, villagers from 1.16 version that was healed, horses, cows and sheep from older version as well.

They did not despawned at the same time, it is happening gradually.
