minecraft switch

Problem with physical copy of minecraft on the nintendo switch,

multi users problem,

 

You cannot play realms online because of ow your microsoft account is setup.

 

You cannot change any settings in microsoft  as it asks you to use an xbox. This clearly needs sorting with microsoft. I have tried every thing. Please look in to this.
