Can't Renew Realm

Every time I try and renew my subscription on one of my old realms it doesn't renew.  I either get an endless realm loading screen (see realms 1 pic) OR I try to renew my subscription and I get this endless loop (see realms 2 pic).

I can purchase from the marketplace and I am connected to ethernet.  What could be the problem?
