very laggy after update mcpe 1.16

i am facing lag issue since new update mcpe 1.16. It's my friend's realm and there are only 3 members including me and the size is 220mb approx. I used to play at max render distance until this update. Now it isn't even good at 6 chunks that is the least render distance. I don't know but this disappointed me alot. I figured it out that world is not laggy offline, but when i upload it on realm I'm facing problem. Is 220mb max that realm can hold? kindly check it out and try fixing it.
