Realms not creating backups

After the 1.16.1 update Realms hasn't been creating backups when we "Save and Quit". I've tried loading another world to force the creation of a backup but it hasn't worked. When everyone logs off, progress is reverted to the last backup, which was when the world updated to 1.16.1.
