I cant be inside a realm more than 1 minute

Everytime im inside a realm, i cant move me, because i lost connection. Error: Connection Lost Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. I tried disable firewall, allow java on firewall, but doesnt work .
